Common use of Contingent Interest Notification Clause in Contracts

Contingent Interest Notification. By the first Business Day of any six-month interest period for which Contingent Interest will be paid, the Company will disseminate a press release through Dow ▇▇▇▇▇ & Company, Inc. or Bloomberg Business News stating that Contingent Interest will be paid on the Securities and identifying such six month interest period as the six month interest period for which such Contingent Interest will be paid. The Company will deliver a copy of any such press release to the Trustee.
