Promptly upon determination that Securityholders will be entitled to receive Contingent Interest during an Interest Period, the Company will disseminate a press release through Dow ▇▇▇▇▇ & Company, Inc. or Bloomberg Business News stating that Contingent Interest will be paid on the Securities and identifying the Interest Period or otherwise publicly disclose this information and use its reasonable efforts to post such information on its Web site.
