Continuance of Program Sample Clauses

The "Continuance of Program" clause establishes that a particular program or set of activities will continue to operate under specified conditions, even if certain changes or disruptions occur. In practice, this clause may apply when there are amendments to the agreement, changes in management, or other events that could otherwise interrupt the program’s operation. Its core function is to ensure stability and continuity, preventing unnecessary suspension or termination of the program due to foreseeable or minor changes, thereby providing assurance to all parties involved.
Continuance of Program. The voluntary portion of the wellness program will be made available every year of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) if there is a minimum of twenty- five percent (25%) officer participation in the voluntary physical fitness component.

  • Discontinuance of Products Supplier shall provide at least twelve (12) months written notice to DXC prior to Supplier’s discontinuance of manufacturing any Products. Such notice shall include, at a minimum, DXC part numbers, substitutions, and last date that orders will be accepted for such Products.

  • Discontinuance of Proceedings In case the Collateral Agent shall have instituted any proceeding to enforce any right, power or remedy under this Agreement by foreclosure, sale, entry or otherwise, and such proceeding shall have been discontinued or abandoned for any reason or shall have been determined adversely to the Collateral Agent, then and in every such case the relevant Assignor, the Collateral Agent and each holder of any of the Obligations shall be restored to their former positions and rights hereunder with respect to the Collateral subject to the security interest created under this Agreement, and all rights, remedies and powers of the Collateral Agent shall continue as if no such proceeding had been instituted.

  • Maintenance of Profitability Seller shall not permit, for any Test Period, Net Income for such Test Period, before income taxes for such Test Period and distributions made during such Test Period, to be less than $1.00.

  • Maintenance of Property The Company shall maintain, and shall cause each Subsidiary to maintain, and preserve all its property which is used or useful in its business in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted and make all necessary repairs thereto and renewals and replacements thereof except where the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Continuance The Parties hereby confirm that the provisions of the Receivables Transfer Agreement and the other Transaction Documents shall continue in full force and effect, subject only to the amendments effected thereto by this Amendment.
