Common use of Continuance of Trust for Winding Up Clause in Contracts

Continuance of Trust for Winding Up. After the termination of the Trust as provided in Section 8.01 of this Agreement, and solely for the purpose of liquidating and winding up the affairs of the Trust, the Trustee shall continue to act as Trustee until its duties hereunder have been fully performed.

After the termination of the Trust as provided in Section 8.01 of this Agreement, and solely for the purpose of liquidating and winding up the affairs of the this Trust, the Trustee Trustees shall continue to act as Trustee such until its their duties hereunder have been fully performed. Upon the distribution of all of the Trust Estate to the Certificate Holders and the payment and discharge of all debts, liabilities and obligations of the Trust, the Trustees shall have no further duties or obligations hereunder except to account as provided in Section 5.7.
