Continuation and Reinstatement, etc. The Guarantor agrees that the guarantee hereunder shall continue to be effective or shall be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, in respect of any Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be restored by any Secured Party upon the bankruptcy or reorganization of any Credit Party, or otherwise.
