Continuation and Review of Full-Time/Shared Positions. (a) The supervisor will determine the duration of the shared position based on departmental needs. (b) A review of the shared positions will be conducted by the County and the appropriate bargaining units at the time of the expiration of the current collective bargaining agreement to determine if it is feasible to create alternative shared positions.
