Continuation Coverage Administration. As of the Distribution Date, Company shall retain and shall be solely responsible for, or cause its insurance carriers or HMOs to be responsible for, providing and administering the continuation coverage required by COBRA as it relates to any Company Qualified Beneficiary, and Lakes shall have no liability or obligation with respect thereto. As of the Distribution Date, Lakes shall retain and shall be solely responsible for, or cause its insurance carriers or HMOs to be responsible for, providing and administering the continuation coverage required by COBRA as it relates to any Lakes Qualified Beneficiary, and Company shall have no liability or obligation with respect thereto.
