Continuation Coverage Administration. As of the Distribution Date, Stac shall assume or retain and shall be solely responsible for, or cause its insurance carriers or HMOs to be responsible for, providing and administering the continuation coverage required by COBRA as it relates to any Stac Qualified Beneficiary, and Hi/fn shall have no liability or obligation with respect thereto.
