Continuation of Benefits upon Disability Clause Samples

The "Continuation of Benefits upon Disability" clause ensures that an employee who becomes disabled will continue to receive certain employment benefits for a specified period. Typically, this means that health insurance, retirement contributions, or other agreed-upon benefits remain in effect even if the employee is unable to work due to a qualifying disability. This clause provides financial and personal security for employees facing health challenges, addressing the risk of losing essential benefits during periods of disability.
