Common use of Continuation of Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Insurance Coverage. From the date hereof to the Closing, Seller shall cause the Company and each Subsidiary to keep in full force and effect insurance coverage for the Company and each such Subsidiary and its assets and operations comparable in amount and scope to the coverage now maintained covering the Company or each such Subsidiary and its assets and operations.

Continuation of Insurance Coverage. From the date hereof to the Closing, Seller the Sellers shall cause the Company and each the Subsidiary to keep in full force and effect insurance coverage for the Company and each such the Subsidiary and its their respective assets and operations comparable in amount and scope to the coverage now maintained covering the Company or each such and the Subsidiary and its their respective assets and operations.

From the date hereof to the Closing, Seller Sellers shall cause the Company and each Subsidiary to keep in full force and effect insurance coverage for the Company and each such Subsidiary and its assets and operations comparable in type, amount and scope to the coverage now maintained covering the Company or each such Subsidiary and its assets and operations.

Continuation of Insurance Coverage. From the date hereof to the Closing, Seller shall cause the Company and each will, and, except to the extent provided for by any transaction contemplated to be performed under this Agreement, will cause its Subsidiary to to, keep in full force and effect insurance coverage for the Company and each such its Subsidiary and its their respective assets and operations comparable in amount and scope to the coverage now maintained covering the Company or each such and its Subsidiary and its their respective assets and operations.
