Continuation of Liability. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, continuation of our liability is conditioned on your payment of reinsurance rates as shown in Article V, Reinsurance Rates and Payments and is subject to Article VI, Changes to the Reinsurance and Article VII, Recapture.
