Common use of Continuation of Liens Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Liens. For the purpose of clarification, the parties hereto hereby acknowledge, agree and confirm that the Liens and guarantees provided pursuant to the Existing U.S. Security Agreement continue under this Agreement to the extent of the Liens and guarantees described herein and nothing herein or in the Credit Agreement shall be deemed to terminate or release any such Liens or guarantees until such time as so terminated or released in the manner provided for herein.

Continuation of Liens. For the purpose of clarification, the parties hereto hereby acknowledge, agree and confirm that the Liens and guarantees provided pursuant to the Existing Ryerson U.S. Security Agreement and the Existing Integris U.S. Security Agreement continue under this Agreement to the extent of the Liens and guarantees described herein and nothing herein or in the Credit Agreement shall be deemed to terminate or release any such Liens or guarantees until such time as so terminated or released in the manner provided for herein.
