Common use of Continuation of LLC Clause in Contracts

Continuation of LLC. The liquidation, dissolution, Bankruptcy, insolvency, death, or incompetency of any Member shall not terminate the business of the Exchange or, in and of itself, dissolve the Exchange, which shall continue to be conducted upon the terms of this Agreement by the other Members and by the personal representatives and successors in interest of such Member.
