Common use of Continuation of Obligations Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Obligations. All agreements and obligations of Corporation contained herein shall continue during the period Director is a director, officer, employee or agent of Corporation (or is or was serving at the request of Corporation as a director, officer, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise) and shall continue thereafter so long as Director shall be subject to any possible claim or threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal or investigative, by reason of the fact that Director was serving Corporation or such other entity in any capacity referred to herein.

Continuation of Obligations. All agreements and obligations of Corporation contained herein shall continue during the period Director is a director, officer, employee or agent of Corporation (or is or was serving at the request of Corporation as a director, officer, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise) and shall continue thereafter so long as Director shall be subject to any possible claim or threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal or investigativeProceeding, by reason of the fact that Director was serving Corporation or such other entity in any capacity referred to herein.

All agreements and obligations of Corporation contained herein shall continue during the period Director Officer is a director, officer, employee or agent of Corporation (or is or was serving at the request of Corporation as a director, officer, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise) and shall continue thereafter so long as Director Officer shall be subject to any possible claim or threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal or investigative, by reason of the fact that Director Officer was serving Corporation or such other entity in any capacity referred to herein.

All agreements and obligations of the Corporation contained herein shall continue during the period Director the Executive is a director, officer, employee employee, or agent of the Corporation (or is or was serving at the request of the Corporation as a director, officer, employee employee, or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise) and shall continue thereafter for so long as Director the Executive shall be subject to any possible claim or threatened, pending pending, or completed action, suit suit, or proceeding, whether civil, criminal criminal, or investigative, by reason of the fact that Director the Executive was serving a director of the Corporation or such other entity serving in any other capacity referred to herein.

All agreements and obligations of the Corporation contained herein shall continue during the period Director the Executive is a director, officer, employee or agent of the Corporation (or is or was serving at the request of the Corporation as a director, officer, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan trust or other enterprise) and shall continue thereafter for so long as Director the Executive shall be subject to any possible claim or threatened, pending pending, or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal or investigative, by reason of the fact that Director the Executive was serving a director of the Corporation or such other entity serving in any other capacity referred to herein.

All agreements and obligations of Corporation contained herein shall continue during the period Director Director/Officer is a director, officer, employee or agent of Corporation (or is or was serving at the request of Corporation as a director, officer, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise) and shall continue thereafter so long as Director Director/Officer shall be subject to any possible claim or threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal or investigative, by reason of the fact that Director Director/Officer was serving a director of Corporation or such other entity serving in any other capacity referred to herein.

Continuation of Obligations. All agreements and obligations of the Corporation contained herein shall continue during the period Director the Executive is a director, officer, employee employee, or agent of the Corporation (or is or was serving at the request of the Corporation as a director, officer, employee employee, or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise) and shall continue thereafter for so long as Director the Executive shall be subject to any possible claim or threatened, pending pending, or completed action, suit suit, or proceeding, whether civil, criminal criminal, or investigative, by reason of the fact that Director the Executive was serving a director and/or officer of the Corporation or such other entity serving in any other capacity referred to herein.

Continuation of Obligations. All agreements and obligations of Corporation contained herein shall continue during the period Director is a director, officer, employee or agent of Corporation (or is or was serving at the request of Corporation as a director, officer, officer employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise) and shall continue thereafter so long as Director shall be subject to any possible claim or threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal or investigative, by reason of the fact that Director was serving a director of Corporation or such other entity serving in any other capacity referred to herein.

Continuation of Obligations. All agreements and obligations of Corporation contained herein shall continue during the period Director Agent is a director, officer, employee or agent other fiduciary of Corporation (or is or was serving at the request of Corporation as a director, officer, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise) and shall continue thereafter so long as Director Agent shall be subject to any possible claim or threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal criminal, arbitrational, administrative, or investigative, by reason of the fact that Director Agent was serving an officer or director of Corporation or such other entity serving in any other capacity referred to herein.

Continuation of Obligations. All agreements and obligations of Corporation contained herein shall continue during the period Director [Director][Officer] is a director, officer, employee or agent of Corporation (or is or was serving at the request of Corporation as a director, officer, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise) and shall continue thereafter so long as Director [Director][Officer] shall be subject to any possible claim or threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal or investigative, by reason of the fact that Director [Director][Officer] was serving Corporation or such other entity in any capacity referred to herein.
