Common use of Continuation of Plan Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Plan. Subject to the continuing approval of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, to the extent available, and of other cognizant governmental authorities, as more particularly hereinafter specified, and to the provisions of 17.5, a Retirement Plan (hereinafter called the Plan) in the form now in effect as to the employees within the units to which this Agreement relates shall continue to be effective while this Agreement is in effect as to such employees in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of the Plan.

Continuation of Plan. Subject to the continuing approval of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, to the extent available, and of other cognizant governmental authorities, as more particularly hereinafter specified, and to the provisions of 17.515.6, a Retirement Voluntary Investment Plan (hereinafter called call the Plan) in the form as now in effect as to the employees within the units to which this Agreement relates shall continue to be effective while this Agreement is in effect as to such employees in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, conditions and limitations of the Plan.

Continuation of Plan. Subject to the continuing approval of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, to the extent available, Revenue and of other cognizant governmental authorities, as more particularly hereinafter specified, and to the provisions of 17.5Section 10.6, a Retirement Plan retirement plan (hereinafter called the Plan) in the form now in effect as to the employees within the units to which this Agreement relates shall continue to be effective while this Agreement is in effect as to such employees in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of the Plan.

Continuation of Plan. 6 Subject to the continuing approval of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, to the extent available, Revenue and of 7 other cognizant governmental authorities, as more particularly hereinafter 8 specified, and to the provisions of 17.5Section 10.6, a Retirement Plan retirement plan 9 (hereinafter called the Plan) in the form now in effect as to the employees 10 within the units to which this Agreement relates shall continue to be 11 effective while this Agreement is in effect as to such employees in 12 accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of the 13 Plan.

Subject to the continuing approval of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, to the extent available, Revenue and of other cognizant governmental authorities, as more particularly hereinafter specified, specified and to the provisions of 17.5, a Retirement the AOCE 401k Savings Plan (hereinafter called the Plan) in the form now in effect as to the employees within the units unit to which this Agreement relates shall continue to be effective while this Agreement is in effect as to such employees in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, conditions and limitations of the Plan.

Continuation of Plan. Subject to the continuing approval of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, to the extent available, Revenue and of other cognizant governmental authorities, as more particularly hereinafter 1 specified, and to the provisions of 17.5, a Retirement Plan (hereinafter called the Plan) in the form 2 now in effect as to the employees within the units to which this Agreement relates shall continue to be 3 effective while this Agreement is in effect as to such employees in accordance with and subject to the 4 terms, conditions, and limitations of the Plan.. 5

Continuation of Plan. Continuation of Plan. Subject to the continuing approval of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, to the extent available, Revenue and of other cognizant governmental authorities, as more particularly hereinafter specified, and to the provisions of 17.5Section 15.5, a Retirement Plan retirement plan (hereinafter called the Plan) in the form now in effect as to the employees within the units unit to which this Agreement relates relates, shall continue to be effective while this Agreement is in effect as to such employees in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of the Plan.
