Common use of Continuation of Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Restrictions. Any Shares sold by the Stockholder to any third party pursuant to this Section 2.2 shall still be subject to the restrictions or benefits imposed by this Agreement, and such third party shall be required to execute a counterpart of this Agreement.
