Common use of Continuation of Sublease Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Sublease. If the Master Lease or this Sublease is not terminated following any damage or destruction as provided in Section 23.1 above, this Sublease shall remain in full force and effect, and Rent shall be abated in proportion to the extent to which such damage or destruction impairs Subtenant’s use of or access to the Sublease Premises.

Continuation of Sublease. If the Master Lease or this Sublease is not terminated following any damage or destruction as provided in Section 23.1 above, this Sublease shall remain in full force and effect, and subject to an abatement of Rent shall be abated in proportion as provided by the terms of the Master Lease incorporated herein to the extent to which such damage or destruction impairs Subtenant’s use of or access applicable to the Sublease Premises.

Continuation of Sublease. If the Master Lease or this Sublease is not terminated following any damage or destruction as provided in Section 23.1 subsection (a) above, this Sublease shall remain in full force and effect, and Rent shall be abated in proportion to the extent to which such damage or destruction impairs Subtenant’s use accordance with Section 4(d) of or access to the Sublease Premisesthis Sublease.

Continuation of Sublease. If the Master Lease or this Sublease is not terminated following any damage or destruction as provided in Section 23.1 subsection (a) above, this Sublease shall remain in full force and effect, and Rent shall be abated in proportion proportionately to the extent to which such damage or destruction impairs Subtenant’s use of or access to rent payable under the Sublease PremisesMaster Lease is abated.

If the Master Lease or this Sublease is not terminated following any damage or destruction as provided in Section 23.1 abovesubsection (a), this Sublease shall remain in full force and effect, and Rent shall be abated in proportion to the extent to which such damage or destruction impairs Subtenant’s use accordance with Section 4 of or access to the Sublease Premisesthis Sublease.

If the Master Lease or this Sublease is not terminated following any damage or destruction as provided in Section 23.1 10.a above, this Sublease shall remain in full force and effect, and Rent shall be abated in proportion to the extent to which such damage or destruction impairs Subtenant’s use of or access to the Sublease Premises.

If the Master Lease or this Sublease is not terminated following any damage or destruction as provided in Section 23.1 subsection (a) above, this Sublease shall remain in full force and effect, and Rent shall be abated in proportion to the extent to which such damage or destruction impairs Subtenant’s use accordance with Section 5(d) of or access to the Sublease Premisesthis Sublease.

If the Master Lease or this Sublease is not terminated following any damage or destruction as provided in Section 23.1 aboveabove or as otherwise provided for herein, this Sublease shall remain in full force and effect, effect and Rent Sublessee shall be abated entitled to any reduction or abatement of Base Rent in proportion an amount equal to the extent reduction in Base Rent for the Sublet Space which Sublessor receives under the Master Lease. Sublessor shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to which such damage or destruction impairs Subtenant’s use enforce any obligation of or access Landlord to rebuild the Sublease PremisesSublet Space in accordance with the Master Lease.

Continuation of Sublease. If the Master Lease or this Sublease is not terminated following any damage or destruction as provided in Section 23.1 above, this Sublease shall remain in full force and effect; provided, and however, that the Rent due hereunder shall be abated to the extent and in proportion to the extent reduction in base rent and additional rent due under the Master Lease pursuant to which the terms thereof. Sublessee shall be obligated to repair its alterations to substantially the condition they were in prior to such damage or destruction impairs Subtenant’s use destruction, and Sublessor shall diligently enforce any obligation of or access Landlord to rebuild the Sublease PremisesPremises in accordance with the Master Lease.

Continuation of Sublease. If the Master Lease or this Sublease is not terminated following any damage or destruction as provided in Section 23.1 subsection (a) above, this Sublease shall remain in full force and effect, and Rent shall be abated in proportion to accordance with Article VIII of the extent to which such damage or destruction impairs Subtenant’s use of or access to the Sublease Premises.Master Lease

Sublessee shall be obligated to repair its Alterations to substantially the condition they were in prior to such damage or destruction impairs Subtenant’s use destruction, and Sublessor shall diligently enforce any obligation of or access Landlord to rebuild the Sublease PremisesPremises in accordance with the Master Lease.

If the Master Lease or this Sublease is not terminated following any damage or destruction as provided in Section 23.1 above, this Sublease shall remain in full force and effect, effect and Rent Subtenant shall be abated entitled to any reduction or abatement of Rent in an amount in proportion to the extent corresponding reduction in Rent for the Subleased Premises which Sublandlord receives under the Master Lease. Sublandlord shall exercise diligent efforts to which such damage or destruction impairs Subtenant’s use enforce any obligation of or access Landlord to rebuild the Sublease PremisesSubleased Premises in accordance with the Master Lease.

Continuation of Sublease. If the Master Lease or this Sublease is not terminated following any damage or destruction as provided in Section 23.1 abovedestruction, this Sublease shall remain in full force and effect, and Rent shall be abated in proportion to the extent to which such damage or destruction impairs Subtenant’s use accordance with Section 3(c) of or access to the Sublease Premisesthis Sublease.

If the Master Lease or this Sublease is not terminated following any damage or destruction as provided in Section 23.1 above, this Sublease shall remain in full force and effect, effect and Rent Subtenant shall be abated entitled to any reduction or abatement of Rent in an amount in proportion to the extent to which such damage or destruction impairs Subtenant’s use of or access to corresponding reduction in Rent for the Sublease PremisesPremises which Sublandlord receives under the Master Lease. Sublandlord shall exercise diligent efforts to enforce any obligation of Landlord to rebuild the Sublease Premises in accordance with the Master Lease.
