Continue Insurance Clause Samples
The Continue Insurance clause requires that insurance coverage remains in effect for a specified period, even after the completion or termination of a contract or project. Typically, this means that the party responsible for maintaining insurance—such as liability or property insurance—must ensure that policies are not canceled or allowed to lapse for a set duration, often to cover potential claims arising from past activities. This clause is essential for protecting both parties from unforeseen liabilities that may surface after the main contractual obligations have ended, thereby allocating risk and ensuring ongoing protection.
