Continue Lease. Landlord may continue this Lease in full force and effect pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1951.4, and this Lease shall continue in full force and effect as long as Landlord does not terminate this Lease, and Landlord shall have the right to collect Rent when due and enforce other obligations of Tenant hereunder.
