Continue to Employ. The Company hereby agrees to continue to employ Employee, prior to the Holding Company Restructuring, as Senior Vice President of Category Management/Procurement at the Food Lion division level and, after the Holding Company Restructuring, as Senior Vice President of Category Management/Procurement at the Subsidiary level, for the Term of Employment as herein set forth, and Employee hereby agrees to continue to serve in such positions for such term.
