Continue to Employ. The Company hereby agrees to continue to employ ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as Senior Vice President of Administration and Chief Administrative Officer of the Company for the Term of Employment as herein set forth, and ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ hereby agrees to continue to serve the Company as Senior Vice President of Administration and Chief Administrative Officer for such term.
