Common use of Continue to Operate Clause in Contracts

Continue to Operate. The Borrower hereby covenants and agrees to continuously operate and maintain the Project and the System in accordance with applicable provisions of federal and Kentucky law and to maintain adequate records relating to the Project’s operation. The Borrower shall make all such records available to the Authority at all reasonable times upon the Authority’s request.
