Common use of Continued Existence Clause in Contracts

Continued Existence. Contractor shall not voluntarily commence any act intended to dissolve or terminate the legal existence of Contractor, at or before the latest of the following: 10.7.1. Eighteen (18) months following Project Completion, 10.7.2. After dismissal and final resolution of any and all disputes between the Parties and/or any third- party claims related, in any way, to the Project, Contractor shall give District sixty (60) days written notice prior to dissolving or terminating the legal existence of Contractor.
