Common use of Continued Existence Clause in Contracts

Continued Existence. For up to one (1) year following the term of this Lease, Contractor shall not voluntarily commence any act intended to dissolve or terminate the legal existence of Contractor, provided District is not in uncured default under this Facilities Lease. Contractor shall give District sixty (60) days written notice prior to dissolving or terminating the legal existence of Contractor.
