Continued Operations Instrument. Registry Operator shall comply with the terms and conditions relating to the Continued Operations Instrument set forth in Specification 8 attached hereto (“Specification 8”), except that the requirements of Specification 8 shall not be applicable to any TLD that has been and remained in continuous operation for at least 6 years prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement.
