Common use of Continued Provision of Financial Information Clause in Contracts

Continued Provision of Financial Information. In the event that the Buyer seeks to enforce any of its rights under this Agreement or any other Transaction Document whether as a result of Event of Default or otherwise, subject to Buyer’s agreement to maintain appropriate safe guards relating to the disclosure of non-public information, each of the Credit Parties, not excluding each Guarantor, hereby waives any and all objections to continuing to provide any of the information required to be delivered by Section 7.3 hereof and any other financial information required to be delivered under this Agreement or any other Transaction Document.
