Common use of Continued Services Clause in Contracts

Continued Services. The compensation and benefits under this Agreement are to be provided to you, in part, to assure your continued services. Accordingly, you agree that you will work for the Company for at least six months after the Transaction, except if your employment is terminated by the Company without Cause or you Quit with Good Reason, or die or become disabled (within the meaning of any Company disability plan or policy).
