Common use of Continued Use Clause in Contracts

Continued Use. The Client's continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendments to these terms shall constitute acceptance of the amended terms. If the Client does not agree to the amended terms, the Client must discontinue use of the Services prior to the effective date of the amendments.
