Common use of Continued Validity Clause in Contracts

Continued Validity. A Holder of shares of Common Stock issued upon the exercise of this Warrant, in whole or in part (other than a Holder who acquires such shares after the same have been publicly sold pursuant to a Registration Statement under the Securities Act or sold pursuant to Rule 144 thereunder), shall continue to be entitled with respect to such shares to all rights to which it would have been entitled as the Holder under Sections 10 and 13 of this Warrant.

Continued Validity. A Holder of shares of Common Stock issued upon the exercise of this Warrant, in whole or in part (other than a Holder who acquires such shares after the same have been publicly sold pursuant to a Registration Statement under the Securities Act or sold pursuant to Rule 144 thereunder)part, shall continue to be entitled with respect to such shares to all of the rights and subject to which it would have been entitled as all of the Holder under Sections obligations set forth in Section 10 and 13 of this Warranthereof.

Continued Validity. A Holder holder of shares of Common Stock issued upon the exercise of this Warrant, in whole or in part (other than a Holder holder who acquires such shares after the same have been publicly sold pursuant to a Registration Statement registration statement under the Securities Act or sold pursuant to Rule 144 thereunder), shall continue to be entitled with respect to such shares to all rights to which it would have been entitled as the Holder under Sections 9, 10 and 13 14 of this Warrant.

Continued Validity. A Holder of shares of Common Stock issued upon the exercise of this Warrant, in whole or in part (other than a Holder who acquires such shares after the same have been publicly sold pursuant to a Registration Statement under the Securities Act or sold pursuant to Rule 144 thereunder), shall continue to be entitled with respect to such shares to all rights to which it would have been entitled as the Holder under Sections Section 10 and 13 of this Warrant.

A Holder holder of shares of Common Stock issued upon the exercise of this Warrant, in whole or in part (other than a Holder holder who acquires such shares after the same have been publicly sold pursuant to a Registration Statement under the Securities Act or sold pursuant to Rule 144 thereunder), shall continue to be entitled with respect to such shares to all rights to which it would have been entitled as the Holder under Sections 10 8, 9 and 13 of this Warrant.

Continued Validity. A Holder of shares of Common Stock issued upon the exercise of this Warrant, in whole or in part (other than a Holder holder who acquires such shares after the same have been publicly sold pursuant to a Registration Statement under the Securities Act or sold pursuant to Rule 144 thereunder), shall continue to be entitled with respect to such shares to all rights to which it would have been entitled as the Holder under Sections 10 and 13 of this Warrant.

Continued Validity. A Holder holder of shares of Common Stock issued upon the exercise of this Warrant, in whole or in part (other than a Holder holder who acquires such shares after the same have been publicly sold pursuant to a Registration Statement under the Securities Act or sold pursuant to Rule 144 thereunder), shall continue to be entitled with respect to such shares to all rights to which it would have been entitled as the Holder under Sections 10 6, 7 and 13 12 of this Warrant.

Continued Validity. A Holder holder of shares of Common Stock issued upon the exercise of this Warrant, in whole or in part (other than a Holder holder who acquires such shares after the same have been publicly sold pursuant to a Registration Statement under the Securities Act or sold pursuant to Rule 144 thereunder), shall continue to be entitled with respect to such shares to all rights to which it would have been entitled as the Holder under Sections 10 and 13 of this WarrantWarrant for as long as such holder holds such shares of Common Stock.

Continued Validity. A Holder holder of shares of Common Stock issued upon the exercise of this Warrant, in whole or in part (other than a Holder holder who acquires such shares after the same have been publicly sold pursuant to a Registration Statement under the Securities Act or sold pursuant to Rule 144 thereunder), shall continue to be entitled with respect to such shares to all rights to which it would have been entitled as the Holder under Sections 10 and 13 of this Warrant.Registration

Continued Validity.
