Continuing Accuracy of Representations and Warranties. At the time of each borrowing or issuance of a Letter of Credit hereunder, the representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement shall be true, correct, and complete on and as of the date of such borrowing or Letter of Credit issuance hereunder with the same effect as though the representations and warranties had been made on and as of the date of the borrowing or Letter of Credit issuance.
