Common use of Continuing Accuracy Clause in Contracts

Continuing Accuracy. Each representation and warranty made by Western in this letter agreement shall continue to be true and correct on the date of Closing, as though such representation and warranty had been made again on such date; and each representation and warranty shall survive the Closing.
