Continuing Benefit Sample Clauses
The Continuing Benefit clause ensures that certain rights, obligations, or protections provided under an agreement remain in effect even after the contract has ended or specific provisions have expired. For example, confidentiality requirements or indemnity obligations may continue to bind the parties beyond the termination date of the contract. This clause is essential for maintaining ongoing protections or responsibilities that are critical to the parties, thereby preventing gaps in coverage or unintended loss of important rights after the main agreement concludes.
