Common use of CONTINUING COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

CONTINUING COMMITTEE. The Board and the Association shall form a committee made up of representatives of the Board and the Association, with appropriate representation from the Administration, for the purpose of discussing items of mutual interest between the respective parties. It is expected that such committee will meet monthly October through May on the basis of agendas agreed upon by the parties.
