Common use of Continuing Conditions Clause in Contracts

Continuing Conditions. In the event that the termination date of this Agreement occurs during the course of negotiations for a successor Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be binding upon the parties until a successor Agreement is negotiated and ratified. However, there shall be no salary increases after the expiration of this Agreement, during the negotiation of a successor Agreement.
