Common use of Continuing Contract Provisions Clause in Contracts

Continuing Contract Provisions. At the expiration of the term of this Agreement on June 30, 2022, the terms set out within the Agreement shall continue on a status quo basis. However, any step or salary increases will be frozen as of June 30, 2022, and will remain frozen until the execution of a successor agreement between the parties in accordance with NRS 288.155.
