Common use of Continuing Expenses Clause in Contracts

Continuing Expenses. The continuing fees, expenses and disbursements (including reasonable counsel fees) of (i) the Lessor set forth by the Lessor and agreed in writing by the Lessee, (ii) the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent, as set forth in Section 2.13, and (iii) the Participants, in each case as set forth in Section 2.13, shall be paid directly by the Lessee as Supplemental Rent.

Continuing Expenses. The continuing fees, expenses and disbursements (including reasonable counsel fees) of (i) the Lessor set forth by the Lessor and agreed in writing by the Lessee, (ii) the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent, as set forth in Section 2.13, and (iii) the Participants, in each case as set forth in Section 2.13, shall be included in Advance Requests and paid for out of Advances before the Completion Date and, following the Completion Date, paid directly by the Lessee as Supplemental Rent.
