Common use of Continuing Expenses Clause in Contracts

Continuing Expenses. Subject to Lessee's approval prior to incurrence (not to be unreasonably withheld) unless a Default or Event of Default exists, the continuing fees, expenses and disbursements (including reasonable counsel fees and expenses) of Lessor, and the expenses of Administrative Agent, shall be paid by Lessee as Supplemental Rent.
