Common use of Continuing Guaranty; Termination of Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Continuing Guaranty; Termination of Guaranty. This Guaranty is a --------------------------------------------- continuing guaranty and shall remain in effect until all of the Guarantied Obligations shall have been paid in full and the Commitments shall have terminated and all Letters of Credit shall have expired or been cancelled. Each Guarantor hereby irrevocably waives any right (including without limitation any such right arising under California Civil Code Section 2815) to revoke this Guaranty as to future transactions giving rise to any Guarantied Obligations.
