Common use of Continuing indemnities Clause in Contracts

Continuing indemnities. Each of your indemnities in these terms and conditions: (a) remains in force until all money owing contingently or otherwise, under the indemnity has been paid in full; (b) is an additional, separate and independent obligation; and (c) continues after this agreement ends unless you and Diners Club agree otherwise.
