Common use of Continuing Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Continuing Indemnity. Each indemnity in this Agreement shall be a continuing indemnity and shall: (a) extend to the ultimate balance of the sums and liabilities which are or may become owing to an Indemnified Party under this Agreement; and (b) continue in force notwithstanding any intermediate payment in whole or in part of the sums and liabilities which are or may become owing to the Guarantor under this Agreement.
