Common use of Continuing Nature of Purchaser’s Obligations Clause in Contracts

Continuing Nature of Purchaser’s Obligations. The obligations of Purchaser under this Article V (including its indemnification obligations under Section 8.1) shall survive Closing or the termination of this Agreement.
