Continuing Nature of Representations and Warranties. Each of the representations and warranties of Borrower contained in this Loan Agreement shall survive the execution of the Agreement, and shall be continuing until such time as all amounts due Grantee under the Loan Documents and the other obligations shall have been fully paid.
