Common use of Continuing Representation and Warranty Clause in Contracts

Continuing Representation and Warranty. The Chargor represents and warrants to and undertakes with the Security Trustee that the foregoing representations and warranties in Clause 12.1(a) to (n) inclusive are [Asia Netcom Corporation Debenture] deemed to be made by the Chargor on each Drawdown Date and on each Interest Payment Date with reference to the facts and circumstances then existing and that the foregoing representations in Clause 12.1(o), (r) and (s) will be true and accurate throughout the continuance of this Deed with reference to the facts and circumstances from time to time.
