Common use of Continuing Representation and Warranty Clause in Contracts

Continuing Representation and Warranty. The Subordinated Lender also represents and warrants to and undertakes with the Security Trustee that the foregoing representations and warranties made by them respectively in Clause 6.1(a) to (n) inclusive are deemed to be made by the Subordinated Lender on each Drawdown Date and on each Interest Payment Date with reference to the facts and circumstances then existing and that the foregoing representations in Clause 6.1(o), (p) and (s) will be true and accurate throughout the continuance of this Deed with reference to the facts and circumstances subsisting from time to time.
