Continuing Right. Except as otherwise specifically set forth in Section 25.2, any sale by Landlord of all or any portion of the Premises to a party other than Buyer, Guarantor or any Affiliate of Buyer or Guarantor pursuant to this Article XXV shall be subject in each instance to all of the rights of Tenant under this Lease, including the rights granted to Tenant under this Article XXV.
