Common use of Continuing Right Clause in Contracts

Continuing Right. If the space in Landlord's First Refusal Notice is only a portion of the First Refusal Space, then Tenant shall retain its right of first refusal pursuant to the terms of this Section 9 with respect to the remaining portion of the First Refusal Space which has never been included in a Landlord's First Refusal Notice when Landlord determines that such remaining First refusal Space is available for lease as set forth above.

Continuing Right. If the space offered in Landlord's ’s First Refusal Notice is only a portion of the First Refusal Space, then Tenant shall retain its right of first refusal pursuant to the terms of this Section 9 1.4 with respect to the remaining portion of the First Refusal Space which has never been included in a Landlord's ’s First Refusal Notice when Landlord determines that such remaining First refusal Refusal Space is available for lease as set forth above.

Continuing Right. If the space in Landlord's ’s First Refusal Notice is only a portion of the First Refusal Space, then Tenant shall retain its right of first refusal pursuant to the terms of this Section 9 7 with respect to the remaining portion of the First Refusal Space which has never been included in a Landlord's ’s First Refusal Notice when Landlord determines that such remaining First refusal Space is available for lease as set forth above.
