Continuing Security Agreement Sample Clauses

A Continuing Security Agreement is a contractual provision that establishes ongoing collateral to secure a party’s obligations, typically in the context of loans or credit arrangements. Under this clause, the borrower pledges certain assets—such as inventory, equipment, or receivables—as security not just for a single transaction, but for all current and future obligations to the lender. This ensures that the lender has a continuing claim over the specified assets until all debts are fully repaid, thereby reducing the lender’s risk and providing assurance of repayment over time.
