Common use of Continuing Warranties Clause in Contracts

Continuing Warranties. VITI hereby agrees and covenants to ensure, throughout the term, that each of the representations and warranties set forth in this Section 17.1, and each other representation and warranty of VITI in this Agreement, remains true and correct during the term of this Agreement. To the extent that any such representation or warranty becomes untrue in any material respects during the term of this Agreement, VITI shall notify TSI of the facts and circumstances surrounding such situation.
