Continuity of Grievance. 23 Notwithstanding the expiration of this Agreement, any grievance then pending may be processed to 24 final disposition in accordance with the procedure herein set forth. 25 26 SECTION 10.10 - DISCOVERY 28 The parties recognize that certain discovery is necessary to allow adequate preparation for the 29 presentation of a grievance at Step 4.
