CONTINUITY OF OPERATION. There shall be no strikes, lockouts, work stoppages, picket lines, slowdowns, secondary boycotts, or disturbances. The Union agrees to support the Company fully in maintaining operations in every way. Participation by any employee or employees in an act violating this provision in any way shall be cause for discharge by the Company. Any discipline imposed shall be applied equally and indiscriminately to all employees according to the degree of involvement.
